Both documents are an integral and binding part of this contractual framework. By accessing or using the website and/or Ironchip’s identity product, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and expressly accepted their content.

Certain products, services, features, or contracting modalities may be subject to additional or specific terms and conditions, which will be duly made available to the user and, where applicable, must be expressly accepted.

In the event of any contradiction or discrepancy between the published documents, the Identity Product Terms and Conditions shall prevail with respect to services effectively contracted under that modality.
